even though lasagna doesnt get to see the table at thanksgiving very often it is the best food to ever touch my mouth. It is very rare because it is takes a long time to make and the only person that can make it right is my aunt.

- in a big skillet heat olive oil over medium.
- add chopped onion and cook for a little.
- add garlic and cook until it smells good.
- add ground beef and cook until its brown.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste and some seasonings.
- in a bowl add together the egg,ricota cheese,parmeasan and parsley.
- preheat oven to 375°F.
- in a daking dish put meat sauce, two lasagna noodles, and cheese sauce
- repeat making layers.
- once you have two lasagna noodles left add them and put the rest of meat sauce.
- top with the rest of the cheese.
- bake for 30 minutes and broil for 5 minutes.
- take out carefully and enjoy. dont burn yourself!!!
